Data controller

Transaction Connect, a French SAS registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 822 619 185, 9 rue des Colonnes, 75002 Paris, France, which operates the Spaycial brand. This page covers the spaycial.com website. Spaycial programmes offered to shopping centre customers have their own policy, presented at sign-up.

Data collected and purposes

• Contact form: first name, last name, work email, company, job title and message, to answer your request and, where relevant, follow up commercially.
• Meeting booking: the details entered in the booking tool, to organise the call.
• Technical logs from the host (IP address, date, requested page), for security and proper operation of the site.

Legal basis: Transaction Connect's legitimate interest in answering requests and developing its business relationships (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies

This site sets no audience measurement or advertising cookie and uses no third-party tracker, so no consent banner is needed.

Recipients and processors

• Transaction Connect staff in charge of handling requests.
• HubSpot, Inc. (CRM, forms, meeting booking). Data may be hosted in the United States; this transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
• Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (website hosting).

Retention

Contact form and meeting data are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact for prospects, and 3 years after the end of the business relationship for customers. Technical logs are kept for up to 6 months.

Your rights
